His love for business and empathy for the healthcare industry has provided him with the knowledge to better services provided through medicine. Joshua’s ability to mirror business and healthcare services assists with the overall experience received at Elite Medical Spa in Sarasota. When he is not found at Elite Medical Spa, Joshua can be found in the kitchen creating another tantalizing meal to please the palate.

Jeff fell in love with the ability to provide a service through injectables, creating beauty from medicine. His calm demeanor and ability to see what’s not there make him the ultimate artist. When Jeff is not providing services, he can be found in his oasis of a yard, tending to his gardens.

Melanie is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a varied background in the medical field. She obtained her BSN from the State College of Florida and her MSN at Keiser University. Throughout her nursing career, she has worked in specialties such as orthopedics, PCU, PACU, and urgent care. Her true passion is aesthetic medicine and connecting with people. She is committed to listening to her clients and putting together aesthetic plans to achieve the best results.
Her favorite treatment is lip rejuvenation! When not at the spa, Melanie loves to travel and spend time with her family and fur babies.

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. Gina relocated to Lakewood Ranch, Florida in 2022. After decades in the beauty industry, Gina decided to make the change into the Plastic Surgery/Medical Spa world. She has a passion for skin care and helping patients with their needs. Jenn is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. In 2008, she earned her Masters of PA studies and relocated to Florida where she developed a career in the field of Orthopaedic surgery.
Her love for hands-on creativity and art led her to explore the Aesthetics world, and she was trained as an Aesthetic Injector where she gained experience using tox and fillers.
Jenn takes pride in enhancing her clients’ natural beauty, allowing the aging process to be a more graceful experience, and helping her clients fall in love with their reflections!

Rachael is a Florida state-licensed and nationally certified electrologist, laser technician, and medical aesthetician. She specializes in dermaplane facials, microneedling, IPL, and Laser Hair Removal. She has worked under a board-certified Plastic Surgeon and dermatologist for over 9 years.
She is friendly and passionate! Rachael’s welcoming nature and ability to make clients comfortable is unmatched. Rachael has helped hundreds of patients rid themselves of embarrassing and unwanted hair using laser, electrolysis, or a combination of both. Rachael is completely objective when determining the best course of treatment. Knowing that many patients are often shy or embarrassed about their appearance due to unwanted hair, she is committed to maintaining an environment of understanding and respect in all aspects of her practice.
Rachael came into the field of esthetics because of her passion for skincare and her strong desire to help her clients feel good about their appearance.
